General English programs
Welcome! 👋 Here you'll learn more about Slang's general English programs and how to take them.
A general English program is a collection of courses within each general English band. There are four general English programs:
- Beginner
- Elementary
- Intermediate
- Advanced Intermediate
This program type will be automatically assigned based on the placement test results for each learner. To understand more about this process, we recommend this article.
After the program is assigned to the user, the next levels will be in queue, ready to be assigned once the program is completed throghout.
How are the programs assigned?
You should note that the first thing you need to do when activating your account is to take the placement test, which will be assigned automatically.
After completing the test, you'll be assigned the program level and the rest of the programs will be queued. In order to move to the next level you must complete all the courses of the active program.
💡 Note: After taking the placement test, the general English program will be automatically assigned. For example, if your level is Elementary 3, the program will be assigned completely, so you must take the entire elementary program, including Elementary 1 and 2.
How to study?
To start studying, you just have to select the program that is currently active. There you will be able to check out the courses contained in the program
Keep in mind that these courses must be done in order and will be unlocked when the previous one is completed.
