What are the schedule change conditions for the three types of Online Classes?
To ensure efficient scheduling that best suits the needs of our learners, changes are subject to certain conditions, as we explain below:
Slang Online
- Access to class recording: Learners can request access by writing to support@slangapp.com and they will have access for a period of seven (7) calendar days after the class has taken place.
- Permanent schedule change: Available for customers who choose this option, defined as a change in the schedule that spans a minimum of thirty (30) days with the same schedule pattern. Customers with a permanent change subscription are entitled to one (1) modification per calendar month, as long as this change maintains the same schedule pattern for at least thirty (30) days. To request it, you can write to support@slangapp.com before the 25th of each month. The request will be processed between the 26th and the 30th of the month and will be considered for implementation in the following month, subject to availability.
Private Online Classes
- Individual sessions: You can cancel or reschedule a single class for the entire group with at least 24 hours' notice, and the class will be rescheduled based on Slang's availability. Requests must be sent to support@slangapp.com. Please note that all learners in the group must agree to the cancellation or rescheduling of the class.
- Permanent schedule change: To change the chosen schedule, you must send a request to support@slangapp.com. Please note that all learners in the group must agree to the cancellation or rescheduling of the class.
VIP
