Why can’t my employees request a schedule change for Slang Online Classes?
Our priority is to provide your team with quality support and the necessary tools for their professional development. That's why our methodology focuses on progressive monitoring and mentoring teachers who can get to know your employees’ needs over a cycle, and assist them along the way. Their commitment is crucial for progress, which is why we have established schedules for Slang Online Classes. Each week, the teacher will work with them, providing a coherent and progressive curriculum.
However, we understand that sometimes learners may not be able to attend their classes. Considering this, our evaluation system allows for up to 20% absence at the same level. Additionally, if they cannot attend, we offer the following options:
- Access to the recording of the class: Your employees can request recording access by writing to support@slangapp.com and will have access for a period of seven (7) calendar days after the class has taken place.
- Permanent schedule change: Available for customers who choose this option, defined as a change in the schedule that spans a minimum of thirty (30) days with the same schedule pattern.
Customers with a permanent change subscription are entitled to one (1) modification per calendar month, as long as this change maintains the same schedule pattern for at least thirty (30) days.
To request it, learners can write to support@slangapp.com before the 25th of each month. The request will be processed between the 26th and the 30th of the current month and will be considered for implementation in the following month, subject to availability.
