How can my employees become familiar with the new evaluation system?

We will always be there to address all your questions and your team’s, so our teachers, and the Support and Customer Success teams will ensure that your employees have all the information about our new evaluation system. Now they need to meet these three criteria:

• Complete the corresponding course in the Learn App.
• Attend at least 80% of the classes.
• Take the oral communication performance evaluation (conducted by our teachers in the 16th class, which is the last class of each level).
