Assign license to your learners

1. Access the learners' page to view the list of learners in your organization and go to the "Enrolled" tab.

2. Scroll down to the learners' table located at the bottom of the screen. At the end of each learner's row, you will find a button with three dots (...); select it to access the different configuration options at the learner level. Choose the "Assign plan" option:

3. In the "Assign plan" dialog, you will see the license currently assigned to the user, which corresponds to one of the licenses included in the plans purchased within your subscription. If no license is assigned, you can assign one by selecting from the available plans. Additionally, you can change the learner's license by choosing another available plan from your subscription.

Note 1: The assignment is subject to the availability of licenses for each plan according to your subscription.

Note 2: Each license assigned will grant the learner access to a different set of features, depending on the selected plan. You can view the details of the plans here:

Note 3: If the "Free" plan is assigned to the learner, it means that no license is assigned, so they will only be able to access a few courses offered for free.
