How do I sign in?
Currently, there are two ways to sign in to your Slang account. Here, you'll learn how to sign in depending on how you activated your account.
Using your email
You can sign in to your Slang account using your email address and your password going to the logging in page. You just have to follow this steps:
- Type down your account's email with no caps and no spaces
- Click the “Next” button
- Type in your password
- Click the “Sign in” button
- Done! You'll be redirected to your Slang account page 🙂
Note: If you don't remember your password, we recommend this article. There, you’ll find the steps on how to change it.
Using SSO: Single Sign On
Logging in through SSO means that you can log in using the credentials of an account you already have. When you activated your account, you had to choose between using SSO or an email. If you chose to log in using SSO, you could choose two options:
- Using your Google account
- Using organization's account
The steps for logging in through SSO are the following:
- Type down your account's email with no caps and no spaces
- Click the “Next” button
- The page will load and the button will change to Sign in with Google or Sign in with [your Organization's name]
- Click on the blue button
- Log in to your account
- Done! You'll be redirected to your Slang account page 🙂
Note: If your account is your organization's and you want to use your Slang account in a mobile device like a phone or a tablet, you'll need to have permission for it. If that’s the case, we recommend that you talk to the person in charge in your organization.
If you still need help, don't hesitate to write for us on support@slangapp.com, preferentially using your account's email.
Best,
