How do I change my password?
Welcome! 👋 Here you'll learn how to change the password of your Slang account.
⚠️ Warning: resetting your password will log you out of your account from all your devices you might be logged in at the moment.
In order to change your password, you just have to follow these steps:
Go to the reset password page;
💡Note: you can also click on the Reset your password button directly from the Sign-in page.
Enter the email you registered when creating your account;
Wait a few minutes and you will receive an email in your mailbox with a link;
💡Note: take into account that requesting an email multiple times invalidates the new ones that arrive. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders, or any other filtered folders. If you can't access your email address, please contact us at support@slangapp.com.
Click on the Change Password button. You'll be redirected to the following page:
💡Note: keep in mind that your new password must be at least six characters long.
I didn't receive an email
If you checked every folder and didn't find a message, you might have signed up with Google or with your organization's account (Single Sign On). If this is the case, you can see how to log in here.
